How Do I Get Started?
Complete a simple application and submit to one of our Branches.
The first time you call Bank By Phone 1-800-228-1014 you will use your social security number and the number of the account you’re inquiring about. You will be asked to select your own PIN (Personal Identification Number) for each account for future access.
Business customers will use their federal tax ID number to set up access. |

Select an Option
Press 1 to inquire about account balances
Press 2 to transfer money between your accounts
[Enter 9-digits for your checking account. Enter 10-digit account number (as it appears on your statement) for all other accounts.]
Press 3 to change your PIN
