Coin Order
Having enough change in the right denominations is important to many island businesses. Save time and call ahead with your coin requests to any of our teller lines at Orange Street, Pleasant Street or Amelia Drive. Your coin order will be ready for you to pick up at your convenience.
Night Depository
Efficiently use your time by making account deposits 24 hours a day at any of the three depository vaults at our offices on Orange Street, Pleasant Street or Amelia Drive. The depository vaults can also be used for loan payments and other transactions.
Federal Tax Depository
If you’re not already doing electronic deposits to the government, these can be made through Nantucket Bank. Payroll withholding and quarterly tax estimates can be made with a teller or using the night depository vault
24-Hour Banking
Online Banking and Bank By Phone - Our free Online Banking and Bank By Phone Services allow you to verify your deposits, withdrawals and account balances anytime. Make transfers from your deposit account into your payroll or between other business accounts or to another Nantucket Bank account. Make external transfers between accounts you own at other financial institutions. eStatments available the first of the following month. Check images available in account detail. Download transactions in QuickBooks for Windows or Mac.
Bill Pay Services - Pay your bills via the secure Internet system using Nantucket Bank’s Bill Pay Service. This service is free and gives you the convenience of not having checks to write and mail. Pay any vendor in the United States. All transactions appear on your Online Banking statement and your monthly statement. Set up to receive eBills from vendors offering this service.
Business Debit Cards
Nantucket Bank’s Business Debit Card gives you the buying power of a MasterCard®. Make purchases anywhere in the U.S. or abroad that displays the MasterCard® logo. Present it at the time of purchase and the amount will be deducted from your business checking account. You’ll receive a receipt for the transaction and it will be displayed on your monthly statement. There is a $5.00 charge for each card, but there are no charges for using the Debit Card. A daily dollar limit is placed on all Debit Cards for combined ATM and Debit Card transactions. There is a default limit per day but you can ask for a higher limit. For your convenience, more than one person can have a card on your business account.
The card doubles as an ATM card and there will be certain access fees when it is used as an ATM card. (see below) Certain credit qualifications must be met to obtain a Nantucket Bank Debit Card. For further information, refer to the Electronic Banking Disclosure Statement.
ATMs - Need cash or want to make a deposit after office hours? We have six convenient ATMs where you can do just that. The ATMs at our three offices are open 24 hours a day, the one at the airport can be used during airport hours, and The Hub ATM can be used during store hours.
For your convenience there are over 2,300 Sovereign Bank ATMS avalilabe to use off island with no fee. These ATMs are located throughout New England, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania at Sovereign offices and CVS Pharmacies.
