Online Banking lets you log on and access your Nantucket Bank accounts 24 hours a day from any computer with internet access. Can’t make it to the bank? You can use Online Banking to securely:

Transfers from a money market account or statement savings account to another account or to third parties by preauthorized, automatic, telephone, or computer transfer or by check, draft, or similar order to third parties are limited to six transactions per statement cycle. Limits do not apply to deposits and they do not apply to withdrawals or transfers made at a branch, by mail, or by ATM.

We offer 3 FREE1 and secure mobile banking options depending on your device and preference. Whether you have a smartphone or not we have an eMobileSM banking option that will keep you connected to your bank accounts wherever you go.

Our Mobile Banking App, available for smartphones and tablets, is like having a branch in your pocket. You can:

  • Deposit checks by taking a photo of the front and back of your check
  • Check account balances and transactions
  • Pay bills
  • Transfer funds2 between your accounts at Nantucket Bank3
  • Make person-to-person payments with Popmoney
  • Control your debit card– Misplace your debit card? You can temporarily block your card from being used with the tap of a button. Find it? Turn it back on in real-time!

We also offer Mobile Web Banking for browser-based access to your accounts and Text Banking to request account details using your text-enabled phone.

Ready to get started?

To use our Mobile Banking services, you need to be enrolled in Online Banking. Then, either download our Mobile Banking app from your provider’s app store or login to your Online Banking account from a computer and click “Profile” to sign-up for Mobile Web or Text Banking.

Bill Pay

Our free bill pay service, eBillPay, lets you pay any bill right from your computer or mobile device in a fraction of the time it would take you to pay by check. Available to Online and Mobile Banking users, eBillPay is sure to save you time and money in postage. You can:

  • Pay your bills online or by mobile phone anytime to anyone
  • Schedule recurring payments or multiple one-time payments
  • Make same day and next-day payments1
  • Download your payment activity into your Quicken or other accounting software

With Popmoney® from Nantucket Bank you can send electronic payments to friends, family and others through our Online and Mobile Banking services – for free!

How it works

All you need is the other person’s name and email address, mobile number, or bank account information to move money from your Nantucket Bank account to theirs. You will never need to exchange your financial account information. Here’s how it works:

  1. Login to Online or Mobile Banking and click the Bill Pay tab
  2. Go to Popmoney and select “Send Money”
  3. Enter the payee information as requested and select “Send Payment”
  4. Once accepted by the payee, money is typically available in about three business days.

Tip! If you use the other person’s bank account information to send a payment, the money will go directly into his/her bank account, skipping the “accept payment” step.

Still receiving paper statements in the mail?

eStatements from Nantucket Bank offer a simple, free and secure way to receive your monthly deposit account and mortgage statements. More and more people are switching from paper to eStatements. And the reasons are simple. Estatements:

  • Save paper and help the environment
  • Are secure – we use the highest level of protection available
  • Can be viewed for 18 months on our website, or saved to your PC for as long as you like
  • Include check images, just like paper statements
  • Are available sooner than paper statements
