This February we’re reducing mail for customers with eligible accounts by combining monthly paper statements into one. Q. Why is the bank combining my paper statements?
A. As a community bank we are continuously looking to enhance our services and your customer experience with us. We are consolidating your eligible bank statements into one for your convenience and to reduce paper usage.
Q. When will paper statements be combined?
A. If eligible, you will receive your first combined monthly statement between February 25th and March 20th. Your new combined statement cut date may vary from your typical cut date.
Q. Can I change my new statement cut date?
A. Yes, please contact us to review our statement cut date options.
Q. Why haven’t I received my statement yet?
A. Combining multiple statements that have different statement cut dates may result in a delay compared to your typical delivery date. For peace of mind, please contact us to confirm your new combined statement date and anticipated delivery date. You will receive your combined monthly statement during this new time-frame going forward.
Q. Why is my statement period shorter or longer than my previous 30 day statement?
A. Combining multiple statements with different statement cut dates may result in a shorter or longer statement period for some of your accounts. This will only occur the first month of your newly combined statement as we adjust to your new statement cut date.
Example: A customer with a checking account statement cut on the 10th of each month and a savings account statement cut on the 25th of each month are eligible for a combined statement. After combining the account statements in February, both the checking and savings statement period will cut on March 10th. The savings statement period will be from February 26th through March 10th. The savings statement period for this statement will be shorter than 30 days while the checking statement period would not be affected.
Q. What if I don’t want my paper statements combined?
A. If preferred, your combined monthly statement can be separated back into multiple statements at any time. Please contact us to make this request.
Q. Will/can all my statements be combined?
A. We will make an effort to combine all of your paper statements; however, for privacy reasons, we are limited to specific criteria. We can only combine accounts based on the same ownership and mailing address. Some of your accounts may not be eligible to be combined due to differences in ownership type or mailing address.

Q. Can I switch to eStatements?
A. eStatements may be set-up through the “Document” button within your online banking account. Please contact us with questions or assistance with setting up eStatements.
